- Building agents that do the follow-through: the evidence pack, the paperwork, the approvals, the vendor request, and the check that the new price held on the next invoice. An initiative goes from qualified to captured instead of stopping at a flag on a dashboard.
- Harmonizing clinical, operational, and financial data across sources that disagree with each other.
- Applying statistics, machine learning, and large language models to questions with real money and real patients behind them: which products are truly interchangeable, where a contract is leaking, which cases lose money and why.
- Sitting across from supply chain leaders, clinicians, and CFOs, showing your work, and changing it when they push back.
Who does well here
People who own the whole problem. You find the data, you decide what it means, you defend the answer, and you fix it when it is wrong. Nobody here will hand you a ticket.
We hire for first-principles thinking, a high learning rate, and ownership that does not stop at the recommendation. Tools are the easy part. You will pick up whatever the problem needs, and healthcare experience is a plus rather than a prerequisite.

We believe you make your own luck, and it starts with putting yourself out there. We are a small group with a hard problem and a bias toward finishing things. What you have finished tells us more than where you have been. Skip the cover letter and tell us something true instead:
- What you have built. Something real, that you owned end to end, that shipped or broke and taught you something.
- Why healthcare. The actual reason, not the one that sounds good in an interview.
- What you would do in your first month. If nobody told you what to work on.
One honest paragraph beats a page of adjectives. Send a link if the work speaks better than you do.
Working here
Remote-first within the US. You work directly with the founders, on a company-managed laptop, under a SOC 2 and HIPAA security program. Roles that touch patient data require a background check, a confidentiality agreement, and HIPAA training before access is granted.
